I hold an Honours BSc in Psychology and Counselling and am a trauma‑informed coach with safeguarding training. Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Adverse Childhood Experience's awareness, I’ve worked in mental health charities and taught A‑level Psychology and Criminology. I am also a survivor of cancer and childhood adverse experiences.
I support adults affected by trauma using evidence‑based, safety‑focused methods to build resilience, emotional regulation and values‑led action. I tailor ACT‑based and trauma/ACE‑informed interventions to each person’s context, emphasising informed consent and risk‑aware practice.

What it is
Access Bars involves a light touch to 32 points on the head. Each point corresponds to different aspects of
life such as money, creativity, control, healing and joy. The process encourages the brain to let go of limiting thoughts, beliefs and emotional patterns.
Key benefits
Reduced stress and anxiety: Many clients report immediate relaxation and a sustained drop in anxiety levels after sessions.
Improved sleep and restfulness: Sessions often lead to deeper, more restorative sleep.
Greater mental clarity and focus: People frequently describe clearer thinking, improved decision-making and reduced rumination.
Enhanced emotional balance: Helps release stored emotions and reduces reactivity, enabling calmer responses to everyday challenges.
Increased creativity and energy: Clients often experience fresh ideas, renewed motivation and more ease in creative tasks.
Support for pain management: Some people notice lower perception of pain and increased comfort following treatments.
Complementary to other therapies: Can be used alongside counselling, medical treatments, massage and other modalities without interference.
